How It Works

1. TOKEN ISSUANCE

When a new project is launched, PYTI tokens are issued based on the required capital. Each token maintains a 1:1 peg with USDC.

2. STAKING

Investors acquire PYTI tokens and allocate them to the project of their choice. Tokens are locked for the duration of the development, typically between 12 and 24 months.

3. PROJECT EXECUTION

The funds are converted into fiat currency and managed through a legal trust established with the developer. The project is built, marketed, and sold.

4. RETURNS

At the end of the project, investors can either reinvest their PYTI tokens in new opportunities or redeem them back into USDC. The expected annual return ranges from 18% to 24%. Tokens used in the project are burned, reducing total supply.

5. SECURITY AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK
